Individuals are being invited to kick-start their 2010 health and fitness by competing in the ‘Outa-Fatness Charity Challenge’ which aims to raise $50,000 for Diabetes Australia – Vic.

An exciting initiative from health and fitness experts Inta-Fitness, based in Kew, the 12 week Challenge encourages participants to transform their lives through healthy eating, exercise/activity and weight loss.

By seeking sponsorship for their efforts Challengers will be raising vital funds for research into diabetes management, prevention and the search for a cure. Research supported by Diabetes Australia – Vic is contributing to our understanding of the alarming increase in type 2 diabetes and obesity in our community.

Chief Fitness & Fat Loss Officer (CFFO) of Inta-Fitness, Mr. Inta-Fitness says that by educating our Challengers about healthy living and eating and providing cutting edge exercise routines that are simple, quick, effective and fun we can go some way to tackle the growing obesity epidemic.

“I am passionate about helping people transform their lives from unhealthy and overweight to healthy, vibrant, fit, happy and confident to enjoy life!”

“Through our Outa-Fatness Charity Challenge we can do all of this and at the same time raise public awareness and money for Diabetes Australia – Vic,” said Mr. Inta-Fitness.

Entry is only $1 and all training & eating plans are FREE. The Challenge starts on Monday 15th February and is open to anyone and everyone who wants to change their lifestyle and get ‘Outa-Fatness’ once and for all. There is also a FREE fitness BootCamp in Kew every Saturday morning.

As well as raising money for Diabetes Australia - Vic there are big prizes for our 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed Challengers who transform their health and achieve their goals.
