We employ more than 1,000 staff across all the services and manage 334 beds in the acute and sub-acute sectors.About the OpportunityCalvary Health Care ACT has an opportunity for a compassionate and experienced full time Staff Specialist to join their dedicated Clare Holland House Palliative Care team. Reporting to the Director of Palliative Care, the primary aim of this role will be to take a strong leadership role within the Palliative Care team, and implement effective management practices that continue to develop relevant programs towards meeting Calvary Health Care ACT's philosophy and planning. You will also implement the Simply Better Program within the Palliative Care Unit. Through this program, Calvary Health Care ACT staff ensure that patients receive the best possible care, which in turn has proven to give more time for caring, better clinical outcomes, reduced anxiety for patients and their families and improved patient satisfaction.
